Deerpark Picnic spot
On the western bank of Kangsabati
projected reservoir Deer park picnic spot is located in the district
Bankura. Doladanga, another 2nd
picnic spot is the adjacent spot
from Purulia. Manbazar to Deerpark via Doladanga is the straight way for the
travelers. By boating, travelers can
go to Gorabari and Mukundmonipur easily.
The eastern side projected bank of Kangsabti River is made of mud and it is the
great and unique attraction for travelers.
Flows of tourist parties
are seen from 25th December to January last week every year.Ezcept
picnic season;
we find tourist team through the year, especially on week end
Sunday. The Pareshnath mela is done here on the festival season Makarsamkranti.
